Expeditions include walking across Papua New Guinea, climbing remote peaks in Nepal, and riding horses with nomadic herders in Mongolia at –30°C. Experiences with indigenous leaders gave rise to Territory Mapping some 25+ years ago.

Doutzen Groothof

Doutzen is a Dutch sociologist, executive coach, and consultant based in Kigali, Rwanda, where she founded the executive coaching firm Stand Tall. With 17 years of experience in organizational and people development across Europe and East Africa, Doutzen specializes in helping teams find clarity and courage, integrating insights from the wisdom of nomadic and indigenous cultures. At Nomadic Wisdom, Doutzen leads facilitator training and sets the strategic backbone for development programs.

Francisco Aceituno

Self-taught artist, trader, and adventurer with a life spanning many careers including financial markets, music, wellness, and cultural exploration. Co-founder of Yoga Community Japan and promoter/member of the Gypsy band Tablakwaiesa. Francisco is the creator of the A.I. technology behind Nomadic Wisdom.
